How to get Paraguay Entry visa then 2 years visa or Permanent visa
Question:My country do not have Paraguay embassy but how can I get Paraguay Entry visa and then 2 years visa or Permanent visa??
This section We will explain for those nationals who require a visa to enter Paraguay. The order of procedure is such to obtain a 90-day-short-stay-visa first, and then apply for a 2-year or permanent residence visa during that 90-day period. There are two types of people who are reading at this page: 1) those who have a Paraguayan embassy in your country please click here! and 2) those who do not have a Paraguayan embassy in your country, please click here.

1. Invitation note addressed to the Director of Passports and Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Invitation note addressed to the Head of Mission of the Embassy or Consulate of Paraguay where the foreigner will apply for the visa.
Observation: Invitation notes from companies and organizations must have their letterhead and stamp, if they have them.
3. Authenticated copy of the Civil Identity Card of the signatory of the note.
4. Authenticated copy of the inviting party's residency card (if the inviting party is a foreigner residing in Paraguay).
5. Authenticated copy of the Civil Identity Card of the person delivering the documentation (in case of third parties).
6. Only inviting companies: Authenticated copy of the deed of incorporation of the company.
7. Copy of the Single Taxpayer Registry (RUC) or Proof of Not Being a Taxpayer.
8. Copy of the Tax Compliance Certificate and RUC.
9. Copy of the Value Added Tax (VAT) receipts paid in the last 6 months by the inviting company.
10. Only inviting companies: Copy of IPS payment of the company's employees.
11. Copy of the ANDE invoice of the inviting company.
12. Proof of financial solvency of the inviting party, if it is not a company (for example: work certificate and/or bank statement).
13. Copy of the guest's valid passport, at least 6 months prior to expiration date, and visas issued from other countries, if any.
14. In all cases in which the guest is of legal age: Copy of the guest's background certificate, apostilled or legalized in the corresponding Paraguayan Consulate and translated.
15. If the guest is father, mother or child of the guest: Copy of the birth certificate of the guest and of the guest, apostilled or legalized in the corresponding Paraguayan Consulate and translated.
16. If the guest is the spouse of the inviting person: Copy of the marriage or common-law marriage certificate, apostilled or legalized in the corresponding Paraguayan Consulate and translated.
17. Copy of the itinerary of the guest's trip.
When the Directorate of Passports and Consular Services deems pertinent, it may require additional documentation to support the request.
